Bryan has been in the culinary field for over 29 years. His first chef position was with the Woodlands Racetracks, where he advanced to Food and Beverage Director. He then spent two years in sales as a representative for Lady Baltimore before returning to the culinary arts as the Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Lawrence, Kansas and later the Executive Chef for Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City. Bryan’s extensive experience in hotels, country clubs, restaurants, and banquet facilities is a huge asset to the Isle of Capri Casino® Kansas City.
